Yes, multiple SITOP power supplies can be connected in parallel. Connect the output from the PSUs to a terminal strip and then to the load.
You will need a Siemens modular power supply unit, i.e., SITOP power supply. Determine the voltage needed, select a suitable unit, connect this to the grid and the device (PLC), and turn the power supply on and test.
The single-phase Siemens power supply units come equipped with an internal fuse and thus do not require an additional external protection. Since the 3-phase units have no internal fuse, a 3-pin, coupled 3-16 A circuit breaker or a similar fuse must be installed.
The Siemens PLC and power supply units (SITOP) are designed to be compatible, with the device providing the necessary 24V DC to the PLC. Further, both can be configured and monitored using the TIA portal.
